How do I apply for an installment plan for my individual income tax liability?

Individual income taxpayers who are unable to pay all of their taxes by the due date, may request a six-month installment payment plan using one of the following methods:You will be required to make monthly payments for one-sixth of the total balance due. For example, if you owe $600, you must pay $100 per month. Once you request an installment plan, you should begin making monthly payments even if you have not received approval from LDR.
Please note that interest and delinquent payment penalty will be assessed on the amount not paid by the due date. For that reason, you should contact the Collection Division by email at [email protected] to determine the amount of your final payment.
