Direct Marketer Sales Tax Return

The Department of Revenue is no longer accepting paper filed Form 1031A, Form 1031, or remittance of tax by paper check. Applications to register as a Direct Marketer must be submitted through the Department’s LaTAP system available at https://latap.revenue.louisiana.gov/_/. The Direct Marketers Sales Tax Return and payments must be submitted electronically through this system as well.
